Kathleen Noel
Kathy Noel, an Indiana native, began her journey in Florida after high school, where she pursued college and built a successful career in communications. Life’s path eventually brought her to Boulder, Colorado—where she discovered her true passion: water safety education. She went on to establish a highly respected private swim school focused on teaching fundamental water safety and survival skills to infants and toddlers. Over the course of 23+ years in the industry, Kathy’s commitment helped ensure countless young lives were equipped with real, lifesaving swimming skills.
After selling her swim school, Kathy embraced a new chapter. She returned to school and earned her Life, Annuities, and Health Insurance licenses across five states: Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Georgia, and Florida. Today, she is a leading specialist in Medicare and Medicaid plans, offering her clients the kind of guidance and care that only comes with personal experience and deep industry knowledge. Having turned 65 in October 2024, Kathy understands firsthand the importance of making informed choices during this phase of life—and she’s the ideal person to help others do the same.
Outside of work, Kathy is a vibrant and creative spirit. She enjoys acrylic painting, hiking, gardening, and beach walks on beautiful Siesta Key. As a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she treasures spending time with family and divides her time between Boulder, Colorado and Venice, Florida—where she remains close to her mother, loved ones, and lifelong friends.
Kathy is deeply involved in both communities. She holds annual memberships in the City of Golden Chamber, the West Metro Chamber, and is an active member of the Golden Recreation Center. There, she teaches workshops at the local senior center and leads the growing “Medicare Mix and Mingle” group—a fun, informative monthly meetup where over 30 (and counting!) Medicare beneficiaries come together to learn, connect, and support one another.
